QuickBooks Training Classes

Computer Training Source offers QuickBooks Training in the Chicago Illinois area (Downtown, Schaumburg, and Naperville/Warrenville), and in the New York City NYC, New York area (Midtown Manhattan). QuickBooks Pro allows any business to easily keep track of their finances. Charts and reports allow the user to easily see where the money is going. We offer two levels: Introduction and Advanced. In our QuickBooks Part I class you will learn how to invoice, receive payments and make deposits. We'll enter bills, print checks, void checks and do manual checks, do journal entries, enter credit card charges, set up a petty cash account, set up a loan, customize your chart of accounts, and reconcile your checking account. We'll also customize and filter reports.

Our QuickBooks Part II class will cover additional features of QuickBooks such as payroll, customizing invoices and other forms, job costing features of QuickBooks Pro, progress invoicing, inventory, and sales tax. You must take our regular QuickBooks class (or have used QuickBooks for at least three months) before taking this class.

Private QuickBooks classes, tutoring, and consulting are also available. More advanced topics can be taught at these types of sessions.
