Agile Scrum or Agile Project Management is an iterative and incremental method of managing the design and build activities for engineering, information technology, and new product or service development projects in a highly flexible and interactive manner. We offer a 3-day (or 6-evening) instructor-in-the-room Agile Scrum Master training course designed to help you prepare for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) exam from Scrum.org. We also offer a 2-day (or 4-evening) class to prepare you for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
(Certification exam fee and book fee are not included in the class price shown. However, these fees may be paid for you if you are doing a long training program.)
Agile Scrum Product Owner
Agile Scrum Product Owner class helps prepare you to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner TM level I (PSPO I) assessment which validates your knowledge of the Scrum framework and ability to support value creation and delivery. Passing this assessment earns you the industry recognized PSPO I Certification.

SAFe Scrum Agilist
During this two-day course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. Participants in the class gain insights into mastering Business Agility in order to thrive in the competitive market. They discuss how to establish team and technical agility and organize and re-organize around the flow of value. Participants in the class explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise. Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Learn the fundamentals of tools and techniques utilized in a number of different methodologies, including Scrum, XP (Extreme Programming), DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method), TDD (Test Driven Development), Lean Software Development and Kanban. We offer a 2-day (or 4-evening) instructor-in-the-room Agile training course to designed to help you prepare for the Agile Certified Practitioner certification exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI-ACP®).
