QuickBooks Desktop Part 1
With some of our competitor's QuickBooks seminars you will be watching someone show you how to use QuickBooks. In our class YOU will be using the QuickBooks software at all times during the class. Learn by doing!
QuickBooks Desktop Part 2
You will learn how to perform various transactions within this class. Also, learn how to customize forms, create reports, how to use other QuickBooks accounts, track and pay sales tax, how to use online banking, and prepare payroll. You must take QuickBooks Part I class (or have used QuickBooks for at least three months) before taking this class.
QuickBooks Desktop Part 3
This class involves the practical use of QuickBooks with a mock company. The students will be entering/editing/deleting multiple bills, checks, invoices, and credit card charges in realistic workflow scenarios. The students will also work on reconciling credit card and bank statements. Students should take Part I and Part II before this class, or have six months or more experience using QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Online Part 1
This class involves the practical use of QuickBooks Online with a mock company. The students will be introduced to the platform. Practice entering/editing/deleting bills, checks, invoices, and credit card transactions in realistic workflow scenrios. As well as setup Items/Services/Inventory, Purchase Orders, and Sales Tax. We will review basic reports. The students will also work on reconciling credit card and bank statements. Payroll is not included.
