Refund policy: you must email us at info@CTStraining.com, or text us at (312) 923-2100 at least four (4) days prior to the start date of your class in order to receive a refund. If you need to reschedule your class you may do so up to one (1) day before the start of your class. This class must be paid by government funding as part of a longer training program, paid by your employer, or reimbursed by your employer.
