Salesforce Admin Certification Prep

This hands-on course is designed for professionals who are trying to obtain the Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201). Students will learn how to customize their organization’s application, including creating new objects, page layouts, fields, and business processes. The class will also provide the students with a strong foundation on how to maintain and manage data, create high-quality reports and dashboards, and how to automate business processes for their organization. The prerequisite to this course is the completion of the prework.
