Six Sigma

Attend one of our classes listed below to prepare to sit for a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Six Sigma is a comprehensive approach for improving any business process. Six Sigma training covers the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge including Lean Principles and Six Sigma and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology. This course also draws on tools from Kanban, JIT (Just In Time), TQM (Total Quality Management), 5s and other process improvement and/or quality methodologies. We offer a 5-day (or 10-evening) instructor-in-the-room computer training course designed to help you to achieve a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

(Certification exam fee and book fee are not included in the class price shown. However, these fees may be paid for you if you are doing a long training program.)
