In order to receive a refund for a class or program, the following requirements must be met:
For a one- or two-day class: In order to receive a refund for a one- or two-day class, you must notify us at least four business days in advance of the first class date of your intention to cancel. Contact us for a refund.
For a longer training program: Please refer to your Enrollment Agreement.
If you signed an agreement with us with a different refund/cancellation policy, the agreement you signed takes precedence over this general
refund/cancellation policy.
In place of a refund, in some cases you may use the amount paid towards a different class, tutoring, or any other services we provide. Please contact us for
details.
